Pronounced BRA-VIEW-RA, we specialise in supplying the best, top quality pharmaceutical skincare products to the general public at very realistic prices. The company started back in 2003 by supplying glycolic acid peels only, we were the FIRST company in the UK to supply professional chemical peels to the general public, our vision was to allow this amazing treatment to be accessible to everyone rather than just people who could afford to pay £40+ at a beauty salon.
Then after great demand we created our wonderful skin care range which is loved by thousands of people worldwide. We saw the distinct lack of not only AHA and BHA products but products that actually do what they claim! Depending on the products you usually purchase you may have a query with the price, please let us explain.
Too High - If you usually purchase your products on the high street, you may have looked at the prices and thought that compared to high street costs they are a bit steep but lets face it, how many of the products on the high street actually do what they claim?!
Too Low - Compared to department store brands our prices are considerably lower and some people may query how we could sell such high quality products at such a low cost? The simple fact is, we keep our costs low so that we can keep our products at a more reasonable price. We don't spend a ridiculous amount to rent a tiny corner in a department store, we don't pay celebrities millions to endorse our product (if a product is so good, why do you need a celebrity to try and push it for you, good products sell, simple as that) and we also (thankfully and purposefully) do not have pushy sales people on commission who have no idea about the product or skincare who are trained simply to sell.
Our products DO work, we extensively test all new products, if they don't come up to our standards they don't get passed on to our customers, this is why we have so many repeat customers who say that after trying Bravura, they never want to use another brand again.
We are also as environmentally friendly as possible. Anything that can be recycled is recycled. We use only recycled paper in our office and do not send out invoices or packing slips with orders as lets face it, 90% of people throw them in the bin anyway(customers who wish to retain an invoice can print one from their order history). Our bubble wrap envelopes are recycled and we use as little bubble wrap as possible (obviously bubble wrap is often needed to ensure orders arrive at their destination in one piece). Our packaging can also be recycled, we use glass jars and aluminium bottles, again for environmental purposes.
You can also get the best skincare advise around. Running our customer service dept is Faith, a top skincare consultant and an expert when it comes to AHA’s, BHA’s and skin peels. If you’re unsure which products to use, email our customer service dept and Faith will help with any problems or questions you may have. You will always get an honest response, Faith will NEVER recommend products unless she thinks they will help you, if she doesn’t think our products are suitable then she will say so. Forget beauty counters where the girls are on commission and have no clue about skincare, speak to a person who is passionate about skincare and that genuinely wants you to get the best from our products.
