Bravura London. (Pronounced BRA-VIEW-RA) is dedicated to supplying the best quality, effective pharmaceutical skincare products at very realistic prices.

Our company was founded in 2003 by Amanda Elias, an experienced facial therapist whose own skin problems led her to discover the benefits of AHA and BHA’s for troubled skins. In the beginning we were the FIRST company in the UK to supply chemical peels for use at home. Our vision was to make this effective but simple treatment safe and accessible to everyone rather than just those who could afford to pay for salon treatments.

After great demand for the facial peels our customers started asking about other skincare products. So, after months of formulation and testing, we launched our skin care range, which is now used by thousands of people worldwide who love the fact that our products simply do what they claim. We set out to be an affordable but effective skincare line that keeps its promise to improve the quality of your skin, whatever your skin type. Compared to many department store brands Bravura London offers excellent quality at lower prices. We can do this because we don’t spend millions on glossy advertising, sales staff or celebrity endorsements and fancy packaging.

Our products DO work, we extensively test all our new products, if they don’t meet our exacting standards, they go back to the lab. This is why we have so many dedicated customers who say that after trying Bravura London, they never want to use another brand again.

Ingredients

Bravura London works with active ingredients that are proven to work. As well as AHA’s and BHA’s we use Hyaluronic Acid which is a naturally occurring substance that helps skin stay hydrated. Many of our ingredients come from Mother Nature including volcanic mud; seaweed extracts, chamomile, Aloe Vera, Vitamin C, Gotu Kola and cucumber.

Bravura London takes a ‘problem-solution’ approach to skincare. We understand that skin issues such as acne or sensitivity mean so much more than just a ‘bad skin day’, and strive to offer our customers effective products that target the problem. We’re here to help. From anti-ageing serums that deliver on their promise to gentle cleansers for the most sensitive skins, Bravura London may have the answer to your skincare problems and our customer service team is on hand to recommend products for you.

Customer service

We’re also here to give you the best skincare advice around. Running our customer service department is Faith, a top skincare consultant and an expert in AHA’s, BHA’s and skin peels. If you’re unsure of which products to use, email our customer service department and Faith will help with any problems or questions you may have. You will always get an honest response; we will NEVER recommend products unless we believe they are suitable. We are passionate about Bravura skincare and genuinely want you to get the best from our products.

The environment

We are also as environmentally friendly as possible. We use only recycled paper in our office and do not send out invoices or packing slips with orders as we know most people throw them in the bin, customers who wish to retain an invoice can print one from their order history. Our padded envelopes are recycled and we use as little bubble wrap as possible (obviously bubble wrap is often needed to ensure orders arrive at their destination in one piece). Our packaging can also be recycled; we use glass jars and aluminum bottles, again for environmental purposes.

Community

Our distribution centre is based in a small village in Wales, where our business helps to employ local people and keep the village post office alive. Bravura London is proud to be part of a small, thriving community where the people can benefit from our commercial enterprise.
