We make it our mission to provide you with a positive customer experience and we want you to be confident that you can order from us safely and securely. With this in mind we have secured our online payment area so that your valuable data, such as credit card details, are protected from prying eyes.

In order to achieve this we went to Comodo, the world-renowned Certification Authority, to obtain an EV SSL Certificate. Comodo are one of the largest Certification Authority in the world and are Web Trust compliant, meaning that their business practices and processes have been rigorously audited to AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) guidelines by an independent approved auditor (KPMG).

To qualify to receive our EV SSL Certificate from Comodo we had to validate ourselves with them, in order to satisfy them that we are a legitimate business. We had to prove not only that we own this web domain, but also that we are a legally accountable company. We believe that only by seeking this level of validation can you have peace of mind when buying online.

You can even prove validity of EV SSL Certificates for yourself by downloading the free Verification Engine from Comodo. This software allows you to verify the authenticity of an EV SSL Certificate outside of your web browser, where no fake or fraudulent website can affect the result.

What is SSL?

Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between our web server and your browser remains private and secure. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers. In order to be able to generate an SSL link (signified by the gold padlock in the information tool bar), a web server requires an SSL Certificate.

Why is SSL important?

Since the SSL protocol was released by Netscape as a security technology in 1996 we have all been educated to look for the SSL padlock before passing any critical details over the Internet. Technically, the SSL protocol provides an encrypted link between two parties, however to you the consumer, seeing the SSL padlock in your browser means much more:

That you have a secure (encrypted) link with this website
That this website is a valid and legitimate organization or an accountable legal entity
As well as ensuring that your details remain secure during a transaction, we know that you also care whether the website you are dealing with is legitimate. In order to solve the critical issue of identity assurance as well as information security on the Internet, the efforts of SSL Providers (Certification Authorities), consumer magazines and industry bodies have rightly resulted in the SSL padlock becoming synonymous with trust and integrity.

Amazing - can't wait till next treatment.
I have never bothered to write a review before, but this is the only product Ive ever bought which has made a noticeable difference to my skin! It looks clearer, brighter, smaller pores and way less blackheads after only 3 treatments. The bottle is small, but Im halfway through after 3 treatments, so will easily do 6. Same price in beautician is over 200 quid!! Thanks Bravura, I will be buying this stuff forever and telling all my friends :)

This Stuff is amazing!!
I brought this product as a last resort to help my Acne, after i came of the pill i developed hormonal acne which has gradually got worse and worse. It started to leave lots of marks and i was quite upset as i had not had acne since a teenager. I tried antibiotics tablets and creams but nothing has worked. I brought this product along with the 15% glycolic night cream. i started on the 30% but have now moved on to the 50% along with using the night cream. My skin has cleared right up and nearly all my spots have gone. my skin looks smooth, silky and bright. This stuff is brilliant. my sister has also brought some now as ive told her how good it is!

Works but watch out for flaking
I have a relatively dark chocolate African Caribbean skin tone. I've used this product on four occasions now; once a week. For some reason my skin seems to peel and flake a lot and has darkened areas where the flakes occur. This lasts 2-3 days after each peel. During the time of the peel and the flaking my skin looks like it has burn patches/scarring, which means I have to minimise going out in public. However, after 3 or 4 days my skin does look fresher and more radiant than before. This product does work - for sure! But the excess flaking and darkened patches have made me opt for the 50% glycolic peel, which, based on my research is a slightly weaker AHA alternative in terms of acidic concentration, in addition, glycolic peels have been said to induce less flaking and peeling . We'll see! I've just placed an order and will put this to the test. Bottom line is, if you are going to use this on a regular basis beware that you may have days where your skin looks damaged, which is a temporary draw back. But why go through a weekly cycle where you have radiant skin for half a week and damaged skin the other half? This may not happen to everybody though. Just to note, I apply the salicylic acid for 2mins before washing off. Prior to using this I have been using the 15% glycolic toner, and 15% glycolic night cream for around a month with no problems. Customer service is a little slow in responding to questions. Some I have yet to receive answers to! Pricing is competitive and items arrive very quickly. First class delivery service! Bravura Note: The 20% salicylic acid is a very strong product, it can cause mild slighing and flaking but it shouldn't leave the skin sor or peeling, in this case the acid is too strong for the skin.
