Dry Skin while Pregnant
Here are the products I'd recommend for your skin complaint and skin type. Please note that you DO NOT need to buy everything I’ve listed, if you’re happy with your skincare routine and just need one product that’s fine, if you need a full routine then this list is suitable for you. You can also refer back to this page should you wish to add more Bravura London products to your routine.
I don't recommend acid products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding as I don’t feel there have been enough tests to ensure they’re 100% safe, in theory it should be fine, but why take the risk?

Second/Morning Cleanse -Azulene Cleansing Milk If you would prefer to use only 1 cleanser, the First Cleanse listed above can be used twice. Using two cleansers means that you get the benefit of more active ingredients.
Toner - Revitalising Ginseng Toner Use morning and evening after cleansing. Although this is an acid it's partially neutralised and so the amount of free acid is very small, it balances the skin's PH after cleansing which is very important.
Serum - Hyaluronic Acid Serum To increase hydration in the skin and balance oil production, I'd highly recommend our hyaluronic acid serum it's not an actually an acid and is perfectly safe. This would go on before your moisturiser.
Moisturiser - Collagen Moisturising Cream again twice a day after cleansing and toning. In the summer an SPF is essential and can be used instead of this or on top. If your skin is very dry, you may need to use this alongside a facial oil.
Exfoliate - To gently exfoliate the Dermaflannel is fantastic 2-3 times a week, this was my saviour during my pregnancies.
Also I'd recommend multi vitamins suitable for pregnancy or while breastfeeding, especially fish oils.
I know that sounds like a lot, this is a full skincare regime which is needed to get the skin in great condition. You don't have to use all Bravura products to get results, as long as a good cleanser, toner and moisturiser is used, you can simple choose what you need from the list above.
Please also remember that anything that touches the skin needs to be clean, be sure to only use clean face cloths and face towels, change your pillow case once a week and if you use make-up brushes, try cleaning them after each use but at the minimum, they should be cleansed once a week.
