We aim to process all orders placed before 12:00pm Monday-Friday same day, however this is not guaranteed, particularly on national holidays or on busy occasions where we may have a special offer available. Once your order has left us, your chosen courier are responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of your parcel.

FEDEX Next Day (order before 11am) £6.26 . We recommend FEDEX for fast and guaranteed service. Please not this delivery service is Monday-Friday, there is no weekend delivery.
Royal Mail 24 hour tracked (not a guaranteed 24 hour service) £4.54 Up to 2KG
Royal Mail 48 hour tracked (not a guaranteed 48 hour service) £3.90 Up to 2KG
Royal Mail Standard 3-5 days £2.50 Up to 2KG -Tracking will only update on delivery or if a delivery attempt has been made, this is not a fully tracked service. Although the majority of orders are delivered on time we have known delays of up to 3 weeks on this service, If your order is urgent, please select a different service.
These are actual postage costs, we do not charge for packaging. We use Hexcel wrap - a sustainable paper bubble wrap alternative made from reusable, compostable material and is 100% recyclable.
Royal Mail International From £9.00 up to 1kg, £27.00 1.001kg-2kg . Parcels will be passed to your local delivery company, deliveries can take up to 2-4 weeks, depending on customs clearance in your country, in the EU deliveries are usually around 1 week.
DHL Deutsche Post From £6.50 Up to 2KG. This is not an express service, deliveries can take up to 3 weeks depending on customs clearance in your country, in the EU deliveries are usually around 5-8 days.
Packages using this service are passed on to your local postal service and not delivered by DHL (except in Germany).
Important information international orders - If you pay VAT in your country, it will be added at checkout, international orders including orders in the EU may be subject to import taxes.
All delivery times are taken from the day of dispatch. We always email tracking and it's important to check this daily until your order has been received, delivery workers don't always put an attempted delivery note through the door, if the package is then not collected within a week it is returned to sender. If you have not received a tracking link, please email us.
Please note that to cancel your order, you must cancel it before it reaches the 'Completed' status.
On receipt of your order please check the packaging and contents carefully. If any of your parcels are damaged or missing please specify this on the delivery note when you sign for the goods. Please keep any boxes that the products are supplied in for two weeks following delivery in case you need to return the product.
If you have any problems with your delivery or goods within your order, i.e. faults, damage or defects you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
When confirming your order, please check that all the details supplied are correct and that you keep an eye on tracking, any items returned to us through no fault of Bravura will incur a further charge to re-send.
