FAQ

Where is my order?

If you have received a confirmation of dispatch email but your order hasn’t arrived please track your package, you will have been sent tracking when we dispatched your order. If you haven’t received an email with tracking, please check your spam box. If you can’t find your tracking number or the tracking won’t give you any further information, please email us.

There’s a problem with the order I’ve received

We’re very sorry to hear that, if your package has arrived damaged or incorrect please keep all packaging and email us, we’ll need to know who packed your order and we may request a picture of the damage or incorrect item.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days (Monday-Friday), if you select 24 hour delivery, your order will be delivered the next working day after dispatch, if you selected 48 hour or free delivery, this will arrive 2 working days after dispatch. These are not guaranteed delivery times but more often than not, Royal Mail do deliver within these guidelines.

International Delivery can take up to 15 working days, unfortunately we can not give you a guaranteed date of delivery.

What’s your returns policy?

Due to hygiene we do not accept returns on used products. If you want to a return an unused product which was received in the last 7 days, please contact customer services.
