Shipping & Delivery

IMPORTANT Due to ongoing Royal Mail strikes, if you select Royal Mail as your choice of delivery (this includes the free shipping option), there it's unlikely that it will arrive before Christmas. If you want guaranteed delivery before Christmas we recommend using one of our express courier services.

We aim to process all orders placed before 12:00pm Monday-Friday same day, however this is not guaranteed, particularly on national holidays or on busy occasions where we may have a special offer available. Once your order has left us, your chosen courier are responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of your parcel, we are unable to refund postage costs.

Royal Mail 24 hour (not a guaranteed 24 hour service) £4.54 Up to 2KG

Royal Mail 48 hour (not a guaranteed 48 hour service) £3.90 Up to 2KG

Royal Mail Standard 2-5 days £2.56 Up to 2KG - Tracking will only update on delivery or if a delivery attempt has been made, this is not a fully tracked service. There are currently delays of up to 3 weeks on this service in some areas, although the majority of orders are delivered on time. If your order is urgent, please select a different service.

These are actual postage costs, we do not charge for packaging.

Royal Mail International From £9.00GBP up to 1kg, £27.00GBP 1.001kg-2kg . Parcels will be passed to your local delivery company, deliveries can take up to 2-4 weeks, depending on customs clearance in your country, in Europe deliveries are usually around 1 week. Due to Covid, there are delays on this service.

DHL Deutsche Post From £6.50 Up to 2KG. This is not an express service, deliveries can take up to 3 weeks depending on customs clearance in your country, in the EU deliveries are usually around 5-8 days.
Packages using this service are passed on to your local postal service and not delivered by DHL (except in Germany).

All delivery times are taken from the day of dispatch. For UK orders please allow up to 4 working days for delivery, if your order has not arrived 4 days after being marked as despatched please do contact us or track your order using your tracking ID, all items are sent via track and trace delivery and Royal Mail don't always put an attempted delivery note through the door (god bless them), if the package is then not collected within a week it is returned to sender. For international orders please allow up to 15 working days.

Please note that to cancel your order, you must cancel it before it reaches the 'Completed' status.

On receipt of your order please check the packaging and contents carefully. If any of your parcels are damaged or missing please specify this on the delivery note when you sign for the goods. Please keep any boxes that the products are supplied in for two weeks following delivery in case you need to return the product.

If you have any problems with your delivery or goods within your order, i.e. faults, damage or defects you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

When confirming your order, please check that all the details supplied are correct and that you keep an eye on tracking, any items returned to us through no fault of Bravura will incur a further charge to re-send.
